I had a 3.0 like the one pictured below and loved it.



To this day I wish I hadn't sold it.
The downtube shifters are something to get used to, but not terribly so.

Ask to take it for a couple spins around the block and see if it's comfortable. If it is, I'd say $350 isn't terrible, but I'd offer $300 and see what they say. Can't hurt to ask. Good luck.
