1951 Schwinn Continental

I discovered this bike a few days ago. I have done a little cleaning but not much wanting to make sure I didn’t ruin anything. This bike was in a cellar for 40yrs in Alaska. It appears to be all original except maybe the tires. It came from Wisconsin. I had a old bike shop owner say that this should not be ridden I should clean it up a little and hang it on a wall. Just looking to see if I can get some help determining a value on this bike. Any insight would be great.
