I believe one of those links Joe posted did break it down to "same-level" falls as opposed to stairs and ladders etc. It might have been a related reference, but IIRC it was one of his. Same level falls were very much more frequent, so your objection is not valid.

Please examine his links, or other resources about your objection, more carefully before arguing about them.
