Never heard of these. But according to Road Bike Tire Comparison: Michelin Power Endurance Vs Michelin Pro 4 Service Course
they have lower puncture protection and about the same rolling resistance as the Pro4 SC. I know this is just one website, but their testing seems to be pretty rigorous.

Can anyone comment on the 25C vs 23C comfort question? How much more comfort do you get out of a tire that measures 23mm versus 25mm? Do you even notice? If not, I would probably get the Pro4 SC 23C

Thanks!
In terms of actual vs. labeled width: it seems as if tire companies are still making tires for narrow rims while the majority of the wheel makers have moved on to wide rims. A lot of the standard stuff is 17 or more mm internal width where something like the Mavic Open Pro is 15mm. The only company I've noticed to relabel their tires are Bontrager. And I only noticed those because I had some 25's and the replacements were labeled as 26. So you can look at your individual rim and that will tell you what to expect in terms of actual tire width.
