The Easton fork is my problem. Built some wheels using Pacenti SL23 rims, and my 23mm tires plumped out to 27mm. I have no more than 2mm of clearance at the side of the tire through the fork, and 2mm is generous.

The kind folks at Ritchey said that their fork would work. I believe an ENVE will too, but it's pricier at every level.

Then there's that Road Logic...
