So to cut a long article shorter, "Drinking three to seven milligrams of caffeine from coffee per Kilo of body weight (For a 140 pound woman, that's roughly a large coffee) Could boost by nearly 25% how far, hard, long you go while running or cycling..

I new It, I've done this for years now, I always liked starting a ride buzzed

(This is most likely why my 57 year old self can often run down 30 somethings In the Single tracks ya think ?)
