get at me bro.
I've used both of these etymotics in the past, neither are the hf5, but both are great quality.

The ER7-MC3 are what I'm using right now. I'm currently on my third set because they don't handle sweat very well. It tends to get into the inline control and next thing you know it starts skipping songs, or jumping forward on the track, doing all kinds of hokey things. I literally went through one pair in about two weeks. I've remedied this by using electrical tape over the inline control.

I happened across these during Amazon Black Friday sales, think they were $15 at the time. The sound quality isn't nearly as good, but I don't tend to notice too much when I'm riding my bike. Off the bike, they wouldn't be my first pick, but overall, they're ok. And they stay in my ear like the etymotics. The inline control is just a stop/skip button, with no volume controls. That's a bit of a pain, but I don't adjust volume too much on the bike, and if necessary, it's nothing to tap the side of the phone while in the jersey pocket.
