In cycling news, my right Ultegra shifter came loose on our tandem 3.5 miles from the end of our ride today. No big deal, just stopped and tightened it up but it was still a first for me in 35 seasons of riding. Went to make an upshift on the right lever and spun that sucker sideways.

Other than that, it was a relaxing 20 mile ride along the Little River near Townsend, TN.
