Buy the SRM. You won't regret it.

I went through three Quarqs before I gave up and bough the SRM. I now have two of them.

And yeah, I also have a PC8, but that was because my Garmin died. The PC8 doesn't have as many nice features as my wife's 520, but I love how large the screen is.
