Yesterday, short recovery spin to check the legs. Other than some cramping in the legs the night before, all felt fine. I did throw in an "openers sprint" for good measure, felt good. Today, a 3/4 combined crit in an industrial park. Flat, probably warm, with a bunch of twenty and thirty somethings. Game plan? Work at staying near, or even at, the front for as much/long as I can. Read the race. Try to stay in.
