Clipless pedals and cycling shoes (Shimano SPD is widely available and relatively inexpensive), saddle (only if you don't like the stock saddle), seatbag (for carrying patch kit, spare tube, tire levers, and multi tool), rack, trunk bag.

As far as the bike itself, no, unless some component fails.
