Your issue is resolved, but for 3D printers, look around for public use ones. My local library just got one that can be used for a nominal fee. Also, there are websites that will print designs that you upload. I don't know the cost, but certainly less than the cost of a whole printer (but almost certainly not less than the 77c you just paid!)
