Fish burritos have to have rice, it is mandatory. And, they should be made with lots of spices or covered with hot salsa!

At the risk of sounding like a teen aged girl, OH. MY. GAWD! Tempura inside a burrito sounds insanely delicious.
Not sure how I'd feel about a fuzzy taco though.
