Those brakes look to have damage from pool chemicals or fertilizer stored in a closed up area. The saddest thing I've ever seen is a nice vintage Cannondale, that was otherwise in great shape. Every steel small part on the bike was solid angry orange rust. The paint and aluminum bits, looked great.,,,,BD
