First real track workout last night (post-certification).

15 of us in a coached group session. We did a 30 lap warmup paceline (rotating paceline! on the track! with 15 people!), and then a double paceline, then a pseudo points race (smaller groups, with attacks every lap), then a 'muddle' with attacks whenever we wanted in the full group. scary and fun. tired legs this morning.
