I bought a zippered travel accessory bag with one mesh side from Target to store all my flat repair stuff and a multi-tool. Fits nicely in my middle jersey pocket. I keep my phone in the right pocket and my wallet/keys in the left. I rarely bring food along, but if it's a longer ride I want to eat on I'll just toss on a saddle bag with food and another tube.
