Galaxy S5 with this grippy case by Speck. This works great, I have a secure hold with the black rubber stripes, and the phone is waterproof and sweatproof.
In the small saddle bag:
cash rolled up around a piece of foam, and house keys tucked under the rubber band. I don't like having to worry about keys in my jersey pockets when I pull something else out of the same pocket.
CO2, spare tube, tools, levers, all wrapped and rubber banded separately
Occasionally, I'll roll up and rubber band a layer, like heavy gloves or a vest, and velcro strap it to the stem. Sometimes these cram into a jersey pocket.
