ETRTO bead seat standard diameter numbers : 26;559, 650B; 584, 700c; 622.

tires being generally width = radius too, in addition, you can calculate the overall wheel diameter.


Bigger rim, skinnier tire .. you try to keep the Overall diameter close to the same.
