Cell phone and money clip w/ cash, cards & ID in the middle (rarely need those while actually riding), keys in left pocket (they include garage door opener for a true door-to-door ride), munchies in right pocket.
Tools & spares in seat bag (Brooks seat w/ loops, leather seat bag is almost mandatory)...
