The jersey you mention sounds cheap and cheerful at $9.74. Just try it on and make sure it fits and maybe throw some stuff in the pockets. I like the three pocket jerseys for carrying stuff while not commuting. I already bundle up mini pump, tube and tire levers with a rubber band so its easy to put in the center pocket, for example. Then phone and wallet and house key in the other two pockets. During the weekdaly commute, I have a backpack for my work clothes so just put the tools in the bottom of that.
