1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?

I ride a road bike, and at times I have a fat bike I hit the trails with.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

Just a multi vitamin.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

I ride as much as ever, but I'm a bit slower and need an extra day to recover after a long ride.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?

I rode in my 20's, then took 20 years off and picked it back up in my 40's.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.

I guess that depends on your definition of long. I do 20 to 30 usually 3 days during the week, and one 50 plus over the weekend. When the weather is dicey, I'll do some weak attempts at sprints, or go ride the fat bike around in the woods.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

Most weeks I do between 100 and 150 miles. But that can vary depending on weather and outside interferences. A good riding week for me would be four days on and three off and anything over 100 miles.
