Center pocket...A pocket rocket pump with a long stem tube that fits all my road bikes, 2 thin plastic levers. A tiny plastic box with glue, 2 small round patches, a Park boot, an extra KMC link, a Specialized micro tool kit, $20 bill and a 2032 button battery. All is bundled smooth and tight with 3 rubber bands. It is smaller and lighter than it sounds. House or car key tucked in the bundle as needed.

Left pocket.... Cell phone only. I am a lefty and this is the quick access side for me. I never keep anything else with the phone. Ever. No chance of the other stuff falling out while pulling the phone to take a call.

Right pocket...all the other stuff depending on the ride. Food and clothing takeoffs and the like. If on a fast group ride will add a CO2 and adaptor to right pocket for faster flat repairs while others are waiting.

Commuter rides. Center pocket tube/pump/tool bundle into backpack. Cell in left pocket. Right pocket empty.

Have not lost much of anything from my pockets but I did have a saddle bag fall off. I lost an entire road kit worth of stuff all at once.
