I ride super small frames, usually always the smallest ones offered. This is a 49cm. And honestly, the reason is 90% superficial. I hate sloping top tubes. So I drop the front wheel to a 650c in order to even out my top tube. But you can see, even with the 650c up front, my top tube still slopes from the head tube back to the seat tube. I hate it. If anything, I want a pursuit/lo pro frame with a negative slope.

Also, ya know, if I ever have my risers/flats on and feel like doing a bar spin from time to time. Definitely don't have clearance with a 700c upfront.

I also never ride with tubes. /shrugs
