When you have to start buying tires, wheels etc., along with new brake and cables etc. there is not much money to he made in older bikes. Some people will pay up to $90 where I live, but most people want to pay $70 and under. So to make money flipping these old bikes you need to get them almost free. Walmart and other big big stores are selling lots of good bikes for under $200. Really amazing how cheap new bikes can be if you shop around.
