If I sit further back, I can't really cycle properly and it feels unnatural.

And there's a reason cycling shorts are padded. The first time you take a shower after a ride and feel a hot poker in your groin when the water hits your saddle sore you'll understand.
I don't know the width, but it's the Bontrager Basic Race saddle. I guess it's between 130 - 140 mm, but whatever it is it's the worst saddle I've ever had the "pleasure" of using.

As for the sit bone measurements, when I took them at home it was around 12 cm, and when I took them at the shop, it was a bit less and the chart recommended a 143 mm saddle. The one I ordered is 147 mm and has good reviews, so I'm hoping it'll solve the issue.
