Unidentified Gray - Pedal Room


I have been trying to figure out what frame this is for a long time.

I think they are long shen lugs, had a catalog scan from awhile ago that I cannot find now which did a better job of showing similar lugs. Positive they are LR15 dropouts- **********???

Can anyone point me in a general direction? Rear spacing is 120mm, distinctive BB shell cutouts, extra long track ends... Cannot read serial number...
