Built by whose hand?

Unless the answer to that question is "my own" you'll have better results talking to your wheelsmith about what type of riding you do, what types of roads you ride on, what you weigh, what bike you have, what tires you like, and what sort of return you're expecting from a wheel upgrade...and then let them recommend the rim/spoke/hub combination that they think will deliver the wheel you're looking for.

And if you haven't chosen a wheelsmith yet, asking for recommendations would make for a far more useful internet forum query imho.
