If you go handbuilt I would try to find A LBS first.

I know PWB gets mostly good reviews.But I did find A few bad reviews from riders that where not happy with their wheelsets or service.
I will never buy from them again.I had A problem with A rear hub with less than 300 miles on it that knocked my rear wheel out of 'trueness'.
Until I had that problem with the rear wheel.I was a happy customer of PWB.I was not happy with their lack of response after my problem with their wheelset.
