I ride alot at 4:30 AM. Its great not to have to worry too much about cars amd I ride on streets I never could during the day. Most of them have some lighting and are 2 lanes each way so any cars can pass me easily. I have a NiteRider 10watt HID and its great. I use a real light, saftey vest and reflective bands around my ankles so I can be seen. It's a great time to ride and no one ever tries to take that time from you so you don't miss many rides.
