These bikes are practically one size fits all and it simply isn't the case that changing from one frame size to the other will solve the problem. If the o.p. is that unhappy with the 15" Nashbar, she needs to sell it and buy another brand of bike. The 17" is going to be just as uncomfortable. There is probably as little as 2cm difference in any relevant dimension between the 15" and the 17".
