I would not be surprised if he got NO sentence at all. His lawyer will say confiscating his truck or taking his license will mean he can not go to work (or to the liquor store). Until a judge or a judge's family is dragged 500 feet by a drunk driver under similar circumstances, this event will not survive the next news cycle.
