I found a Nishiki Prestige being sold and was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the true value.

According to the seller, the bike was designed by Georgena Terry. I am not sure what year this makes it, but perhaps someone knows? It is at least 15 years old. Maybe early 2000's, late 90's?

fully lugged, handbuilt frame of Tange #2 high end chro-moly alloy steel.
Tange #2 chro-moly steel, fully lugged frameset with elegant semi-sloping form crown and SunTour horizontal drop-outs
Standover height: approximately 28.5 inches
features a full SunTour CX - 5000 12-speed index group including the following components:
- SunTour CX - 5000 front and rear deraileurs
- 12-speed downtube indexed shifters
- SunTour Winner 6 - speed freewheel
- Sugino GP - 130 Crankset with 39 x 53 T chainrings

It is in near new condition, and the frame is black with white accents.
