I've never had any n+1 issues until very recently. I'm struggling with wanting to upgrade my road bike. I have a perfectly fine Secteur that gets a ton of miles and rides great. But for whatever reason I just want to make the jump to carbon, then relegate the Secteur to foul weather and the trainer. I also have a vintage steel that I ride for short social events, but that's rare.
I've put together a plan to have said new bike before November, the wife has signed off on it so I'm good to go. Just have to find the right deal.
