I think $250-300 is fair in LA if it's in really nice shape. This bike looks like it's in decent shape although I don't know what's up with the bar tape job over the hoods. I would prepare to replace the cables, housing and bar tape if you buy it. That can be $20-30 if you can do the work yourself but maybe $60-70 if you have to pay a shop. I would try to get it for $200-225 but also not sure how much bargaining a pawn shop might do.
