32+ spoke count on the rear should be fine for you. I've got 40 pounds on you and haven't had a problem with my Mavic cxp 33's. They're 32 spoke and in 2000+ miles they've only needed a quick tuning here and there to stay true. They weren't very expensive either and have a reputation for being all but bomb proof.
