If you have it on the highest gear (big front, small back) and this is where the chain rub is the worst then you need to adjust the H limit screw, loosening it (CCW) to allow the FD to move further out. If it does not move out then you need to tighten the cable via the barrel adjusters to get it to a position just about 1 mm outside the chain. This is the farthest the chain moves and should avoid any rubbing on this end.
