I wonder if we're going down the wrong avenue? While I don't have anything for 1992, I do have the 1991 Torelli price list. That year they offered the Gran Corsa (Reynolds 531), Nuovo Strada (Reynolds 653) and the 3V (Masi). Did you remove the fork and check for manufacturer's stampings?
