I took a couple of minutes to read some reviews, one product had 160 reviews averaged a 4.3, the other 291 reviews with a 4.5 average. I didn't read all 451 reviews, but I scanned many and didn't find what you reference. I am not saying it doesn't exist but
"Half" ??? I read quite a few of the reviews posted, especially for products I am considering when I have no prior experience with them.
I can't speak for everyone, but for me, it wouldn't make a difference if I was given an item for free, if it is crap it isn't getting a positive review.
Link an item that you are referring to. I spend a lot on Amazon, I would like to see what it is you suggest.
