I had the DaVinci procedure Dec 21, 2015, just a few days after my 71st birthday. Was off the bike until I got my bladder function under control. Didn't want to pee all over the bike or myself. Did my first ride Feb 17, 2016. Was back to my usual distance and speed within 2 months.
Good luck.
