Only real issue I have with Wal Mart bikes, is assembly and how difficult some parts can be to adjust. I've been adjusting local kids bikes and it's just a pain sometimes. Sometimes they got something that is really good for their needs, but sometimes it's a real POS. But that's really the way it is no matter what you go after.

I was just at Wal Mart yesterday, they still have someone installing the front wheel wrong with the tread on the tires pointing the opposite direction. I got stop looking at the bikes there, it makes me go cringe too much.
