My vote is for C (the BBR 551) for the occasional use in the bike locker. Doesn't take a lot of room, easy to hook the bike on and off and less mechanical parts to get broken. The hydraulic is good if you life in Amsterdam where the bikes weight 50 lbs but otherwise overkill and super expensive for what is will most likely be used for. Don't forgot the pump option because that is what will be used the most.
