Things I always use a torque wrench for:
Those two pinch bolts that hold my left hand crank arm on.
Cassette lock ring
stem bolts that clamp onto carbon bars or steering tube
A good list. I'd add:
- front derailleur collar bolt
- seatpost clamp with a carbon post
- disc rotor bolts
