Ahh.. so it appears that most are thinking FSA are lower priced, when in fact they're more expensive than Shimano (ie. Gossamer > 105 in price). It's the fact that the bike frame makers to keep costs down are using press fit BBs, and Shimano cranks require some sort of retrofit to work.
Facts just screw up people's conspiracy theories. But yes Gossamer msrp is less then 5800 cranks. Their mid level stuff cost more the Ultegra, their high end stuff costs more then Dura Ace or Sram Red for that matter
