Regarding food prep: I took this pic a few more minutes ago in a Steak & Shake. For those of you unfamiliar with S&S, it's a chain started in the 1930s about 35 miles from where I live.
Their logo is "In Sight, it must be Right!"
We went to a S&S after the Brickyard one year, and it hit the spot in the most perfect way.
