You mean the fact that pretty much all of them have at least one employee (or more often, the owner) who seems to be an overdone parody of Yehuda Moon?
I bought 2 bikes on the internet at bikes direct and any time there's a repair the LBS has to give me an earful about my "internet bike".
Got similar to that in other industries. I generally tell them if they don't want the (higher profit) business of repairing it, someone else certainly will.
