Doesn't look too old to me as there's another advertised as a 1970's but, the graphics look much newer, 80-90's.

Bikes like this don't usually fall into the 'collector' market so, there's not much value above, just plain used, ride-able, toy. Don't know anything other than I expect it's of Raleigh's low end bikes, Potentially, made in China.
