While watching this gcn video it came to mind, does anyone know of a person who has received a speeding ticket or has received one themselves? In this video it looks like they're moving along at a pretty good speed and I just started to wonder what if you passed by a cop, are they going to ticket you? they were passing traffic so they had to be moving faster than the flow of trafic.
