57 vs. 59 Bianchi

I recently purchased a used, 57 cm Bianchi Veloce. I am 6’0 (plus half an inch) with a 34.5” inseam. After the fact, I realized that a 59 cm Veloce would probably be a better fit for me (this was my first real bicycle purchase; lesson learned about getting a good fitting). The handlebars felt a little close, so I changed the 8 cm stem for a 10 cm stem.

With the new stem, the bike feels comfortable. I don’t feel squished at all. However, I am concerned about long-term consequences. I tend to ride about 60 miles a week. I’m wondering whether it is okay to stick with the 57 (give my height and in seam), or whether I should make a change now to a different frame size. Does the additional 2 cm on the stem make up for the 1 cm difference in top tub length between the 57 and 59 Veloces?

Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
