Based on some quick research, it is a Kun Teng EN14764 similar to this: QL-307R-T-Hubs_Products_KUN TENG INDUSTRY CO., LTD. ********************

Islabikes must get them custom drilled with only 16 holes as that does not appear to be a standard option.
