The pro series are aero shaped aluminum frame and fork which is going to give you a pretty uncomfortable ride on the road but hey you will look "cool"
If I absolutely had to buy a bike online because there was literally nothing in a 100 mile radius, I would probably go for a Wabi they tend to get great reviews and they make all their stuff using nice comfortable and quality steel (not just cheap hi-ten or slightly better generic 4130).
Thank you for the information! I've been trying to find a decent shop, but I am near Seattle and it seems like everything just caters to "fixie" hipsters. That's not my thing. I'm looking for a quality ride that also makes sense. Fixed gear has always interested me and I'm a little interested in trying out the drome, there's one about 40 minutes away from me.
Anyway. I am going to check out Wabi, thanks! I was hoping to come up on a decent LOOK frame, but I don't know what I'm buying as far as parts go...it seems really difficult to sift through the BS in the fixed gear world, right now, because they're so "trendy".
